Sleep eating disorder can be described as nocturnal eating or hunger that occurs at night. This hunger can be so persistent and forceful that it wakes people up and causes them to get out of bed in order to seek out food. This can be considered a disorder when people are unable to return to sleep UNLESS they have eaten.

Other very common ones are sleep apnea and Circadian rhythm sleep disorder. Most sleep disorders not only result in heightened anxiety and stress, but also stem from anxiety and stress.
If you suffer from anxiety sleep disorders, defined as interruptions to normal sleep due to anxiety or stress, there are many things that you can do at home to try and help treat yourself. Turning to sleep aids can be habit forming and won’t help solve the problem, especially when your trouble is rooted in anxiety.
Circadian rhythm sleep disorder is a common sleep malfunction that is sparked by an interruption of the routine sleep patterns of the body. It is very common for people who work long nighttime hours and try to sleep during the day and can be a problem years after the schedule conflict is altered.
