Exercise done late in the day will cause you to feel energized and releases hormones and endorphins that speed up the metabolism. Similarly, most diet supplements contain stimulants or caffeine in high doses that can interfere with sleep.

Your best bet is to make sure you exercise during the early daytime hours, not eat at least 2 hours before bed and discontinue supplements if they seem to the source of the problem.
Many people who take statins for cholesterol lowering may also experience chronic sleeping problems .

One Sleeping Problem You shouldn’t Ignore!
People that are young and old offer suffer from sleep apnea. Although you may not realize it while you are sleeping, sleep apnea can cause you to quickly startle or wake up during sleep, snore excessively and find it difficult t get restful sleep.
